| Autumn Splendor, Milligan Creek, near Lewisburg,
West Virginia After researching covered bridges prior to traveling to West Virginia, I became particularly interested in Herns Mill Bridge. I noticed that it was near Lewisburg, West Virginia. Photographing this bridge would work out perfect since we would be staying in the area. At first I was totally engrossed in photographing the bridge. Then I took a moment to look across the road toward the other side of the lazily flowing Milligan Creek. Wow, what I saw was a spectacular setting swathed in autumn splendor! |
